This registration is for staff and volunteers at the Xtreme Xperience event at Englishtown Raceway Park, Englishtown, NJ. Individuals not currently on staff who wish to join for one or more tour stops should contact info@xxspeed.com, referencing motorsportreg.com and the desired position. We are seeking local help for Professional Driving Instructor and Guest Service Associate roles. This registration is exclusively for workers; participants should register via xxspeed.com. Anyone attending the event in a non-participant capacity is requested to register here. New Instructors must complete a vetting and mentorship process and meet minimum requirements before attending an event. Professional Driving Instructors, Lead Instructors, and Senior Lead Instructors require prior approval from XX to apply. Guest Service Associate Tier 1 requires prior work history with XX, while Tier 2 is an entry level position. Event Photographers need photography knowledge and DSLR camera experience. For a list of specific requirements for each position, contact info@xxspeed.com. The Chicago based team will fly to this event. Ground transportation will be provided for flights arriving at EWR (Newark Liberty International) before 8:00 pm on Thursday. All worker registrations are automatically placed on hold. Confirmation for any event is not final until a confirmation email is received. The number of staff needed varies based on bookings. Moving from "on hold" to "wait list new" means you may be needed, but it is not a confirmation. A specific confirmation email will be sent with a deadline, typically two weeks before the event, and other details. For transportation and lodging questions, contact Travel@thextremexperience.com. Once confirmed for a Guest Services position, complete and send your ICA and W9 to Katie@XXSPEED.com and Accounting@XXSPEED.com. New Instructors must be vetted before event confirmation; if you have questions about the approval process, contact Jim@xxspeed.com. Instructor levels are based on prior experience with XX. New Instructor applicants should complete the questionnaire found via the provided link and submit it to Instructors@xxspeed.com. The XX_ICA_June2026.pdf must be completed before starting the event. After successfully completing your New Instructor event, you will need to complete a PDI Independent Contractor Agreement and return it to Katie@xxspeed.com; direct deposit inquiries can be sent to Accounting@xxspeed.com. All contractors must complete a W9 and submit it to Accounting@xxspeed.com before starting the event to ensure payment.
