This registration is for Xtreme Xperience staff and volunteers at Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, PA. This registration is for workers only; participants should register at xxspeed.com. We are looking for local help for Professional Driving Instructors and Guest Service Associates. Registration automatically places all workers on hold; confirmation for an event will be sent via email. Available positions for this event include New Instructor, Professional Driving Instructor, Lead Instructor, Senior Lead Instructor, Guest Service Associate Tier 1, Guest Service Associate Tier 2, and Event Photographer. For specific requirements for each position, contact info@xxspeed.com. The Chicago-based team will fly to this event, and ground transportation is provided for flights arriving at PHL (Philadelphia International Airport) before 8:00 pm on Wednesday. Guest Service Associate requirements: Must be 18 years old, have 1 year of guest service or similar experience, basic car knowledge, ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours a day, and good social interaction skills. A W9 Blank.pdf must be completed and submitted before the event. Once confirmed, send your ICA and W9 to Katie@XXSPEED.com and Accounting@XXSPEED.com. Instructor position requirements: New Instructors must be vetted. Minimum requirements are 18 years old, good health, an up to date physical within 5 years, 5+ years of consistent track experience or 3+ years of wheel to wheel competition road racing or 7+ years of competitive autocross with considerable recent high-speed event experience and 10+ events instructing with another organization within the past 18 months, and MSF Level I. New Instructors should be able to instruct at speeds up to 150mph with guests. Complete the attached questionnaire and submit it to Instructors@xxspeed.com to be considered. The New Instructor-XX_ICA_June2026.pdf must be completed before the event. After completing a New Instructor event, complete a PDI Independent Contractor Agreement and return it to Katie@xxspeed.com. Instructors must complete XX Instructor Handbook.
