This registration page is for Xtreme Xperience staff and volunteers at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Anyone attending the event not as a participant must register here. Positions available for this event include New Instructor, Professional Driving Instructor, Lead Instructor, Senior Lead Instructor, Guest Service Associate Tier 1, Guest Service Associate Tier 2, and Event Photographer. All workers are automatically placed on hold upon registering. Confirmation for any event is only granted once a confirmation email is received. The Chicago-based team will fly to this event, and ground transportation will be provided for flights arriving at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) before 8:00 pm on Wednesday. Guest Service Associate requirements include being 18 years old, 1 year of guest service or similar experience, basic car knowledge, the ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours a day, and good social interaction skills. A W9 Blank.pdf must be completed and submitted before starting the event. Once confirmed for a Guest Services position, fill out and send your ICA and W9 to Katie@XXSPEED.com and Accounting@XXSPEED.com. Instructor position requirements state that New Instructors must be vetted prior to being confirmed for an event. Minimum requirements for potential New Instructors include being 18 years old and in good health, an up-to-date physical within the last 5 years, 5 or more years of consistent track experience or 3 or more years of wheel to wheel competition road racing or 7 or more years of competitive autocross, considerable recent experience at high speed events, and 10 or more events instructing with another organization within the past 18 months, along with an MSF Level I certification. Potential Instructor applicants should expect to be able to instruct at speeds up to 150mph with guests. The New Instructor- XX_ICA_June2026.pdf must be completed before starting the event. After successfully completing your New Instructor event, you will need to complete a PDI Independent Contractor Agreement and return it to Katie@xxspeed.com. You will also be eligible for Direct Deposit at that point. All contractors must complete XX Instructor Company Policies and W9 Blank.pdf. Instructors must complete the XX Instructor Handbook. ICAs must be filled out and returned to Katie@xxspeed.com, specifically PDI-XX_ICA_June2026.pdf, Lead Instructor- XX_ICA_June2026.pdf, and Sr. Lead Instructor- XX_ICA_June2026.pdf. To receive payment for instructing, a W9 must be filled out and returned to Accounting@xxspeed.com. The W9 Blank.pdf must be completed and submitted before starting the event.
