This registration is for staff and volunteers at the Xtreme Xperience event at Nelson Ledges Road Course in Garrettsville, OH. Participants should visit xxspeed.com to register. We are seeking local help for Professional Driving Instructors and Guest Service Associates. Staff positions available for this event include New Instructor, Professional Driving Instructor, Lead Instructor, Senior Lead Instructor, Guest Service Associate Tier 1 and Tier 2, and Event Photographer. All workers are automatically placed on hold after registering and are not confirmed for the event until a confirmation email is received. The number of staff needed varies with booking numbers. If your status changes to "WAIT LIST NEW," it means you may be needed but are not yet confirmed. A specific "CONFIRMED" email will be sent with a confirmation deadline, typically two weeks before the event, and other details. The Chicago based team will drive to this event. Ground transportation from CLE (Cleveland Hopkins International Airport) is provided for flights arriving before 8:00 pm on Thursday. Guest Service Associate requirements include being at least 18 years old, having one year of guest service experience, basic car knowledge, the ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours, and good social interaction skills. Confirmed Guest Service staff must send their ICA and W9 to Katie@XXSPEED.com and Accounting@XXSPEED.com. Instructor requirements include being at least 18 years old, a physical within the last five years, five years of track experience, or three years of wheel to wheel competition road racing, or seven years of competitive autocross with recent high speed event experience, and ten instructing events with another organization within the past 18 months, along with an MSF Level I certification. New Instructor applicants should be able to instruct at speeds up to 150 mph. Vetting is required for new instructors, and they must complete the New Instructor- XX_ICA_June2026.pdf questionnaire and submit it to Instructors@xxspeed.com before the event. Upon successful completion of a New Instructor event, PDI Independent Contractor Agreement and W9 must be submitted, and direct deposit will be available. All contractors must complete and submit the XX Instructor Company Policies and a W9 before the event. Instructors must also complete and return their ICA to Katie@xxspeed.com.
