This registration is for staff and volunteers at the Xtreme Xperience event at Hedge Hollow Racetrack in Adrian, MO. Participants should visit xxspeed.com. We are seeking local help for Professional Driving Instructor and Guest Service Associate positions. Ground transportation will be provided for Chicago-based team members flying into MCI (Kansas City International) and arriving before 8:00 pm on Thursday. All workers registering are automatically placed ON HOLD and are not confirmed until a confirmation email is received. Staffing needs fluctuate based on bookings. If moved to WAIT LIST NEW, this indicates potential need, not confirmation. A specific CONFIRMED email will be sent with a confirmation deadline, typically two weeks before the event, and other relevant information. Guest Service Associate requirements include being at least 18 years old, 1 year of guest service experience, basic car knowledge, ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours, and good social interaction skills. A blank W9 form must be completed and submitted before the event. Once confirmed, Guest Services staff must send their ICA and W9 to Katie@XXSPEED.com and Accounting@XXSPEED.com. Instructor Position requirements vary by level. New Instructors must be vetted, be at least 18 years old and in good health, have an up to date physical within 5 years, and possess significant track experience (5+ years consistent track experience, or 3+ years wheel to wheel competition road racing, or 7+ years competitive autocross with recent high speed event experience and 10+ instructing events with another organization in the past 18 months), plus MSF Level I certification. New Instructor applicants should expect to instruct at speeds up to 150mph. Combinations of experience will be considered. Complete the questionnaire linked and submit to Instructors@xxspeed.com to be considered as a New Instructor. The New Instructor-XX_ICA_June2026.pdf must be completed before the event.
