This registration is exclusively for staff and volunteers for the Xtreme Xperience event at Circuit Florida in Auburndale, FL. Participants should visit xxspeed.com to register. Anyone attending the event not as a participant must register here. We are currently seeking local help for Professional Driving Instructors and Guest Service Associates. For general event questions, contact Info@xxspeed.com. All workers will be placed ON HOLD upon registration. Confirmation occurs only after receiving a confirmation email. Staffing needs fluctuate with bookings. If your status changes to WAIT LIST NEW, it means you may be needed but are not yet confirmed. A specific email with the subject "CONFIRMED" will be sent, including a confirmation deadline, typically two weeks before the event, and other essential information. Ground transportation from MCO (Orlando International Airport) will be provided for flights arriving before 8:00 pm on Wednesday. Guest Service Associate requirements include being 18 years old, having one year of guest service experience, basic car knowledge, the ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours, and good social interaction skills. A blank W9 must be completed and submitted before the event. Once confirmed, send your ICA and W9 to Katie@XXSPEED.com and Accounting@XXSPEED.com. Professional Driving Instructor requirements: New instructors must be vetted, be 18 years old, and in good health with an up-to-date physical within the last five years. They also need five or more years of consistent track experience, or three or more years of wheel-to-wheel competition road racing, or seven or more years of competitive autocross, plus considerable recent high-speed event experience and ten or more events instructing with another organization in the past 18 months, and MSF Level I certification. Potential instructors should expect to instruct at speeds up to 150 mph. Combinations of experience will be considered individually. To apply as a New Instructor, complete the questionnaire linked below and submit it to Instructors@xxspeed.com. The New Instructor-XX_ICA_June2026.pdf must be completed before the event. After successfully completing your New Instructor event, complete a PDI Independent Contractor Agreement and return it to Katie@xxspeed.com. You will then be eligible for Direct Deposit, with inquiries directed to Accounting@xxspeed.com. All contractors should review the XX Instructor Company Policies and submit a completed W9 to Accounting@xxspeed.com before the event. Instructors should read the XX Instructor Handbook. ICAs must be filled out and returned to Katie@xxspeed.com. This includes PDI-XX_ICA_June2026.pdf, Lead Instructor-XX_ICA_June2026.pdf, and Sr. Lead Instructor-XX_ICA_June2026.pdf. To receive payment for instructing, a W9 must be completed and returned to Accounting@xxspeed.com before the event.
