The Westwood Motorcycle Racing Club is holding a motorcycle race at Mission Raceway Motorsports Circuit in Mission, BC on September 5. All competitors must hold a current sanctioning body competition license and are expected to be familiar with the Competition Rules And Technical Requirements. Sportsmanship and Fair Play are guiding principles for this event. A transponder is mandatory for timing and scoring. Competitors must inform WMRC of any physical or medical conditions that might prevent the safe control of a motorcycle or be worsened by competition. A fire extinguisher with a minimum ABC 5 lb. capacity is required at each paddock or pit area. Machines must not exceed a noise level of 95dbA. Helmets must be in new, good condition, Snell M2015, Snell M2020, ECE 22.05 or ECE 22.06 or FIMGP certified, and no older than 5 years from the manufacture date. All helmets and gear must pass a technical inspection at the start of each race day.
