The University of Okoboji Corvette Club presents Vettes in the Park on July 24 and 25, 2026. Activities begin Friday at Sampson Corvettes in Sanborn, Iowa, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Attendees can view the current inventory, enjoy food provided by Craig Sampson, and register for the Saturday show. On Saturday, July 25, the event moves to Arnolds Park starting at 8:00 AM. This year features a special display of three American supercars that have competed for records at the Nürburgring: the 2017 Dodge Viper ACR, the 2025 Ford Mustang GTD, and the 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. The Saturday show includes official awards presented at 1:15 PM, with cars released at 2:00 PM. Winners will receive custom-crafted commemorative Corvette wall displays, and one of these displays will be raffled off to a show attendee. Official merchandise will also be available for purchase throughout the day. Visitors are welcome to walk through the display area to view the Corvettes at no cost. There is no registration fee for Corvette owners because the event is sponsored by Sampson Corvettes. Participants who register by July 18 are automatically entered into a random drawing where 40 winners will be selected for prime parking along Queens Court, Lake Street, and the Roof Garden. Registration is also available in person during the Friday session at Sampson Corvettes.
