THSCC Autocross Points Event #9 & #10

Tar Heel Sports Car Club will host a two day autocross event at North Carolina Center for Auto Research (NCCAR) in Garysburg, NC. The event uses the actual track for a fast, long, and flowing course on high-grip tarmac. Saturday, November 14th will be THSCC Points Event #9, and Sunday, November 15th will be THSCC Points Event #10. Both days count as individual THSCC points events and will feature a different course layout. Gates open at 7:30 AM each day. Registration check-in is from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM. Tech inspection runs from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. A mandatory instructional novice course walk starts promptly at 8:45 AM, followed by the Drivers' Meeting at 9:30 AM. The first car is off at 10:00 AM. Standard AX Tech will be enforced; leave your hood open and helmet ready for inspection. Limited single-use loaner helmets and water will be provided. You can navigate to NCCAR by exiting I-95 onto NC-46 East, turning left onto Lowe's Boulevard Road, then left onto Technology Drive. Enter through the main gate and sign in at the guard station. Signage and "pointer" cones will direct you. The exact GPS coordinates are 36.474818, -77.586468. Registration cost is to be determined. On-site registration will incur an additional $10 late entry fee. Prepay online via MotorsportReg; payments are deferred until registration closes.
