Test and Tune at Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, CT is a non timed, non competition track experience for licensed racers. Gates open at 8:00 AM for Test and Tune Tuesdays, with cars on course from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM. Race control officials will divide cars into groups of similar configurations and speeds to maximize track time for every team and driver. The VP fueling station in Lime Rock’s B Paddock pumps 100 Unleaded, 110 Leaded, and 112 Leaded (C12) for racing competitors, as well as unleaded 93 octane for track day customers. Free compressed air for tire pressure adjustments is available in A Paddock, adjacent to the Lime Rock Café. Washing vehicles at the compressed air station is not permitted. Only race cars that meet the current safety regulations of their sanctioning body are admitted. Drivers must present proof of a current racing competition license, such as SCCA, IMSA, VSCCA, SVRA, Vintage National License, RCCA, Pro Rally, NASCAR, IndyCar, FIA, EMRA, CASC, or Endurance Racing. Recent graduates (within the past 12 months) of an accredited two or three day (or more) racing school are also considered for eligibility.
