Rallycross Championship Event #6 is a rally racing event for all skill and budget levels, held at Bill's Field in Devon, AB. This event is part of the ERC Rallycross Championship series, which features solo timed runs around courses marked by pylons and other natural objects. Racing takes place on a variety of surfaces including ice, gravel, and dirt. Eligible vehicles include production-model light passenger vehicles, light trucks, and SUVs; vehicles must be wider than they are tall. Vans and motorcycles are not permitted. This event is limited to 30 vehicles. The schedule for the day is as follows: Gates open at 8:00am, with track setup from 8:00am to 9:15am. A mandatory Driver’s Meeting will be held at 9:30am, followed by Parade Laps at 9:45am. The first car will be out at 10:00am, and the last car out will be at 4:00pm. All participants are required to work corners following their on-track time and are expected to help with setup, marshaling, and tear down. Porta-potties are available on-site; food is not available. Online registration is required for a fee of $60 if registered at least four days before the event, or $80 otherwise. This fee is per driver. An annual ERC or other ASN-affiliate club membership is required. Non-members can acquire a $20 daily membership during registration. All individuals on the property, regardless of competition status, must sign waivers. Organizers require a minimum of six entries four days prior to the event to proceed. Events are subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on weather, track availability, and registration numbers. The Edmonton Rally Club is a registered not-for-profit organization and all events are sanctioned by CARS and WCMA. Organizers may remove any attendee not meeting regulations or acting in an unsportsmanlike conduct, and no refunds will be issued for this reason. In case of organizer cancellation, event fees will be refunded and daily membership credits issued for future events.
