The 50th Annual Old Fashioned Farmers Days Car Show takes place Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Van Wert County Fair Grounds. This landmark anniversary event is hosted by the Old Fashioned Farmers Association and the Van Wert Freedom Cruise at 1055 S. Washington St in Van Wert, Ohio. Attendees should enter through the North Gate located on Balyeat Street. All vehicle makes, models, and years are welcome to participate in the show and be considered for judging. To celebrate the 50th year, the organizers will present Top 50 awards along with Best of Show and People's Choice trophies. The first 100 people to register will receive dash plaques, and the trophy presentation will begin at approximately 8:00 PM. Beyond the cars, the fairgrounds will feature tractor displays, a 50/50 drawing, several vendors, and a variety of food wagons. Registration is 10.00 dollars per entry and includes access to all activities happening across the fairgrounds.
