The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) hosts an event at High Plains Raceway. This event offers several opportunities for participants, including High-Performance Driving Experience (HPDE), Time Trial (TT), Wheel-to-Wheel Racing, and the Team Racing Endurance Challenge (TREC). HPDE sessions are available for all skill levels, from HPDE 1 (novice) with classroom instruction and in-car coaching, to HPDE 4 (expert) focusing on advanced techniques. Time Trial allows drivers to compete against the clock, while Wheel-to-Wheel Racing provides competitive racing against other drivers. The TREC race starts at 4:00 PM on Friday and is open to current NASA members with a competition or Time Trial license, or those with at least 8 hours of endurance racing experience from recognized series. Qualifying for TREC will be determined by times set during open lapping. NASA RM TREC Supplemental rules will be posted on the NASA Rocky Mountain website. Benefits of driving with NASA include personalized instruction, a safe and controlled environment, networking opportunities, and contingency programs such as Toyo Bucks for HPDE participants and Hawk Performance brake pads for TT placers. Full details on contingency programs are available online. All refund or credit requests must be emailed to info@nasarocky.com. Entry fees are non-transferable to other NASA regions or drivers. Once a session has been driven, all fees become non-refundable, with no partial refunds or credits. Credits issued are one-time use promotional codes valid for a single transfer to a future Rocky Mountain event. A second transfer or refund will not be permitted for transferred entries. The Toyota HPDE cancellation policy requires 14 days' notice via email to info@GRtrackdrive.com or by calling 844-477-8772; failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of the complimentary track day. NASA Rocky Mountain does not cancel events due to rain or snow. If the track cannot open due to weather, efforts will be made to reschedule the event.
