On-site tire and dyno services will be available. Online registration opens on January 1, 2026. Discounted registration for Race and TT groups ends on September 30, 2026, at 11:00 PM. Registrations after this date will incur a late fee and will be $100 higher than the online price when registering at the track. Many run groups will sell out, so register early. An event confirmation email will be sent two days prior to the event. The schedule will be released once adequate entries determine run groups. All participants are expected to adhere to the NASA Club Codes & Regulations and the NASA SoCal region-specific Supplemental Rules. All registered drivers must have a current NASA membership ($79 per year). Starting January 1, 2027, SA2020 or SA2025 helmets are required, and SA2015 helmets will no longer be accepted. Tech will open Friday 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 AM. Season Renewal tech is $35 cash only. Initial Certification with Logbook is $45 cash only. HPDE Tech Fees are $10 cash only. Helmet rentals are $30 cash only and include a new balaclava; rentals are first come, first served. HPDE classes 1-4 will run on Saturday and Sunday. If you have not participated in NASA SoCal HPDE4/TT within the last two years and do not have a valid NASA Competition racing or TT license, you must email [email protected] for screening and approval. RUSH SR cars are not eligible to drive at NASA SoCal Region events unless they have all current safety and mechanical equipment upgrades; contact [email protected] for questions. Passengers are permitted only in HPDE3, HPDE4, and TT, must be at least 18 years of age, wear closed-toed shoes, and sign a passenger waiver at registration to receive a wristband. Passengers are required to wear a helmet, which can be rented at the Tech Trailer. Passengers are not permitted in convertibles. Minors must have a parent or guardian present at the track to sign a waiver for each event and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their participation; minors are not permitted to drive without a parent or guardian present and are not permitted as passengers. NASA uses a digital waiver system required for all participants. Upon registering, a text message will be sent to the mobile number on file; complete the digital waiver as soon as it is received. Failure to complete the digital waiver will delay on-track participation. Ensure the number 1-707-210-0445 is not blocked, as it is also used for event updates. Transponders are required for Racing and Time Trial groups, optional for HPDE 3-4, and not available for HPDE Intro, 1-2. A $50 penalty will be applied to transponders not returned to Registration by Sunday, 30 minutes after the last session. On Monday morning, a $100 charge will be applied to the credit card on file for missing transponders. If a transponder is not returned to NASA SoCal by the Wednesday after the event, a $500 replacement fee will be charged. There are no refunds or credits for transponder rentals. All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] Events operate rain or shine.
