Mustang Week Charlotte will host a track day on Thursday, August 27, at Charlotte Motor Speedway. This event, presented by Shelby and operated by Wheelhouse Racing School, offers Mustang owners the opportunity to drive their vehicles on the facility's road course and superspeedway. Participants can choose from high performance driving experiences tailored to their skill level. The high performance driver education program provides sessions for novice, intermediate, and advanced drivers. Alternatively, the Track Experience option features parade laps on both the superspeedway and road course, along with the option to ride along with professional drivers in Dark Horse Mustangs. This event allows attendees to experience Charlotte Motor Speedway from either behind the wheel or as a passenger during Mustang Week. Spots are limited, and prospective participants should register during the Mustang Week registration process to secure their place.
