The MPH Guardrail Club and Open Track Event #6 takes place at Motorsport Park Hastings on Friday, September 4, and Saturday, September 5. Friday's schedule includes check-in at 1 PM, a driver's meeting at 1:30 PM, and cars on track from 2 PM to 5 PM. On Saturday, check-in is from 8 AM to 9 AM, followed by a driver's meeting at 9:30 AM, and cars on track from 10 AM to 5 PM. This event is for Guardrail Club members and qualified road course drivers. Qualified drivers must have verifiable previous track experience from high performance driving education (HPDE) events, clubs, groups, organizations, or professional schools. Drivers unable to provide this documentation should register for an MPH Driving School 101 program. Driving and Elite Guardrail Club members have access to discount codes for invited guests; these codes are distributed via email. Guests must create a MotorsportReg account before registering. Returning in 2026, the MPH Mustang Challenge Time Trials will be integrated into Saturday's schedule. This series features experienced road course drivers competing in 2005-2009 Ford Mustang GTs with 4.6L 3V engines and Vitour V-01R, 340 treadwear rated tires. Mustang Challenge drivers receive one practice and one qualifying session, followed by two Time Trial races on Saturday. While competition is on Saturday, these drivers and cars can participate on Friday. The MPH Mustang Challenge is a Time Trials competition, not a wheel-to-wheel race series, designed to offer value in amateur road racing by focusing on reliable platforms to minimize ownership costs.
