MassTuning TrackFest 2026 is a high performance driving event at New York Safety Track (NYST) in Harpersfield, NY. This event on September 11, 2026 will run counter-clockwise with no sound limits. The focus is on safety and fun in a controlled environment, offering a day of educational driving for all skill levels from beginners to veterans. The event is open to all drivers and will split participants into four run groups. Registered drivers will have a 20 minute warm up session and four 25 minute sessions, totaling two hours of seat time. Instructors will be available, with priority given to novices with limited to no track experience. Spectators are welcome. Gates will open until 10:00 PM for camping and trailer drop offs. Driver registration is $249 per day. Helmet rental is available for $25 per day on a first come, first served basis. There are no membership, instruction, or passenger fees. Passing rules are as follows: Expert group allows open passing on any straights and point by passing on any turns. Advanced group allows point by passing on any straights and turns. Intermediate group allows point by passing on any straights. Novice group allows point by passing on designated straights. Passing protocols will be explained in the drivers meeting. Check in opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 8:00 AM, followed by a drivers meeting at 8:15 AM and warm up laps at 9:00 AM. The first session begins at 9:20 AM and the track goes cold at 5:00 PM. A lunch break is scheduled from 12:40 PM to 1:40 PM.
