The inaugural FuelRun Concours Wynn Las Vegas begins in Orange County, California, with a curated drive to the Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada. This event combines scenic routes, exclusive hospitality, and access to the Wynn Concours. Participants will enjoy a FuelRun hosted dinner and routes through desert landscapes, culminating in their arrival at the Wynn Concours. The Wynn Concours features rare automobiles and luxury hospitality. Three distinct packages are offered for two people. Package 1 costs $5,400.00 and includes three nights in a Wynn Resort Guestroom, three days of secured parking at Wynn, a FuelRun Goody Bag for two, a Limited Edition FuelRun Apparel Pack for two, Official FuelRun to Concours Wynn Las Vegas Vehicle Graphics applied by a sponsor, a downloadable app for route directions and updates, and professional photography throughout the rally. On Thursday, October 29th, the package includes breakfast at the start grid for two, a curated route with scenic stops to Las Vegas, and a VIP Dinner with FuelRun participants. On Friday, October 30th, there is a curated group drive in the morning, an Entrants Welcome Reception for two from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and a Rooftop SunsetGT Party for two from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. On Saturday, October 31st, the package includes General Admission to the Concours at Wynn Las Vegas from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with hosted food from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and cocktails from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Package 2 costs $6,400.00 and includes all benefits of Package 1, with an upgrade to Chairman VIP Tasting tickets for the Concours at Wynn Las Vegas event. Package 3 costs $7,600.00 and includes all benefits of Package 1, with an upgrade to Chairman VIP Tasting tickets for the Concours at Wynn Las Vegas event and an upgrade to a Tower Suite Guestroom for three nights.
