Emissions Control (Susquehanna AX9&10) will be held at the Harrisburg Farm Show Elmerton Lot in Harrisburg, PA. Registration is $45 for members and $70 for non-members. You may register for AM only, or for both AM and PM sessions. Each event is capped at 135 participants. Walk-ups are not accepted for either AM or PM events; you must pre-register online. Registration and tech inspection open at 7:00 AM and close at 7:50 AM. The suggested arrival time is 7:00 AM. The course is open for walking at 7:00 AM. A Novice Walk Through will take place at 7:30 AM at the start line. The driver's meeting is at 8:00 AM, with the first car off at 8:15 AM. The afternoon session timeline is flexible and depends on the ending of the morning session and check-in of pre-registered drivers. There may be a short break of 30 minutes to 1 hour after the AM event, but participants should bring their own lunch as a break is not guaranteed. The run/work order will be RUN, WORK, OFF, with each entrant receiving four runs. Novice class will run in the same heat as their corresponding Open Class. Entrants must provide their own car numbers and class identification, displayed on both sides of the car during competition runs. Numbers and letters should conform to Section 3.7 of the SCCA Solo Rulebook (8 inch high numbers, 4 inch high class identification). Drivers must present a valid driver's license. Non-SCCA members are required to purchase a $15 Weekend Membership, which is valid for both AM and PM events. All competitors and spectators must sign the insurance waiver and wear helmets while on course. Speed is limited to 5 MPH in the pits and surrounding areas. Tire warm-ups are not permitted. Cars must pass technical inspection to compete. Heat details are generally provided in the Facebook group by the Friday before the event.
