This event has a cap of 75 drivers per day, split into three run groups with 25 drivers each. SCCA autocross is a work to drive event; while one group drives, the others work the course, timing, grid, or safety. We will switch groups, take a lunch break, and repeat in the afternoon. You must work the heat that you drive in. If you cannot stay for the afternoon heats after lunch, please notify us. If there are 60 or more drivers, there will be three run groups with a Work, Run, Rest layout. Registration check in opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 9:00 AM. Tech inspection opens at 7:30 AM and closes at 9:00 AM. Trailer setup begins at 7:00 AM. The course opens for walking at 8:30 AM, followed by a Novice walk at 9:10 AM, meeting at Start. The drivers meeting will be at the trailer at 9:30 AM. The first car is out at 10:00 AM. Lunch is around 12:30 PM, with the first car out for the afternoon session at 1:30 PM. The event ends around 4:30 PM with final results announced, and trailer pack-up at 5:00 PM. Online registration is required as SCCA no longer accepts paper weekend membership forms. A valid driver's license or learner's permit is required to drive. All minors aged 12 to 17.999 require a completed Minor Release form from a parent or guardian. Minors under 12 are not permitted in the hot zones. Loaner helmets are available in limited quantities: Medium (2), Large (3), XL (2), XXL (1). Please bring your own helmet with proper SNELL, FIA, or SFI certification if you have one. Self-tech sheets will be provided to ensure cars meet SCCA safety requirements. Compliance checks will be performed for all lug nuts, no dripping fluids, no loose items in the car, battery tied down, tire condition, and helmet certification if applicable. All cars need a tech sticker.
