CincySCCA presents the 2026 WOR x CincySCCA Charity Weekend, an autocross event held under current SCCA Solo Rules at Traders World in Lebanon, OH. This precision driving competition offers drivers the opportunity to test their car control skills against the clock on tight, technical courses. All proceeds from the weekend will be donated to charitable organizations. Results from this event may be used for makeup events if there are cancellations during the season. Drivers can qualify for the CincySCCA Year End Championship by participating in a minimum of four point events, with the best five events counting. The event is open to all roadworthy cars, with classes available to ensure competitive opportunities for various vehicles. Drivers new to autocross (one year or less experience) are encouraged to participate in the novice program, which pairs them with experienced drivers for guidance on driving techniques and event procedures. Two Novice Index classes are offered based on car and modifications. Site opens at 7:00am. Registration and check-in are from 7:30am to 8:30am; a $20 late fee will be assessed, and a spot may be lost for those who do not check in by 8:30am. Tech inspection runs from 7:30am to 8:45am, accepting annual tech from other SCCA regions. A mandatory drivers meeting is scheduled for 9:15am to 9:30am, with the first car off at 10:00am. Trophy presentations will occur around 4:00pm when applicable. Fees are $43 for the Saturday event and $43 for the Sunday event. A $5 late entry fee will be assessed after the Thursday before the event weekend. Non-SCCA members will pay an additional $25 for a SCCA weekend membership. Payment will be processed at or after Thursday midnight before the event weekend. Attendees can get $10 off by registering for both days. An entry cap of 175 vehicles is set for both the Saturday and Sunday events. If registering for both days and one day is sold out, the registrant will be waitlisted for both but confirmed for the non-sold out day.
