The BSA Club hosts a two day event on Friday, August 29 from 10:00am to 9:00pm, and Saturday, August 30 from 6:00am to 9:00pm. Gate fees are $10 per day, and admission is free for ages 11 and under. Gates close nightly at 9:00pm. Cross Country sign up and tech inspection runs Friday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. On Saturday, sign up and tech inspection is 8:00am to 9:30am, followed by a 9:30am Cross Country Riders Meeting. Race starts are: 10:00am Vintage (including Women and Novice), 12:00pm Post-Vintage (including Women and Novice), and 2:00pm Next Gen (including Women and Novice). Sunday's Cross Country sign up and tech inspection is 8:00am to 9:00am, with a 9:00am Riders Meeting. Race starts are: 9:30am Vintage (including Women and Novice), 11:30am Post-Vintage (including Women and Novice), and 1:30pm Next Gen (including Women and Novice). Food will be available for purchase: Saturday will offer breakfast, lunch, and a late afternoon dinner. Sunday will have breakfast and lunch available until sold out. Primitive camping is available for a TBD fee, and RVs and motorhomes are welcome, though there are no hookups. All participants must provide personal medical insurance company and policy number. AHRMA requires personal health insurance for all participants; consult your carrier for coverage details.
