This is CART AutoX #8 at Thompson Speedway in Thompson, CT. This event has a 75-car limit. A waitlist will begin once 75 cars have registered; waitlisted participants will be notified when space becomes available and will pay at that time. Helmets are required for all entrants. Loaner helmets are available; a head sock is required to use a loaner and can be purchased for $5. This event uses a PAX-grouped classing system, C1 through C7. Entrants should refer to current SCCA Solo Classing and SCCA Solo Rules to determine their SCCA class, then cross-reference with CART Autocross Classing Info on the CART website. The three open/Pro classes (PRO S, PRO R, PRO G) are also available; please see the CART website for more details on these classes. Entrants must preregister on Motorsportreg (MSR). Preregistration covers both the day of the event and the day prior in case of fair weather. Day-of registration costs $75 for all arrivals after 9:00 AM. Event fees are: Members paying with cash: $50.00; Members paying with credit: $55.00; Non-members paying with cash: $60.00; Non-members paying with credit: $65.00.
