This description is for the Saturday autocross event at the Cross Insurance Center/Bass Park in Bangor. Registration for Sunday's event is separate. Attendees must be a Cumberland Motor Club member in good standing to enter this event. The event schedule is as follows: Registration opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 7:30 AM. A late fee penalty will be assessed for late registrations. The mandatory Drivers' Meeting is at 8:00 AM near the timing tents. A guided course walk with the Novice Chair begins at 8:20 AM. At 8:45 AM, the first run group proceeds to the grid, and the second run group goes to work stations. Only foot traffic is allowed for the course walk at this venue. The sound limit for this event is 108 dB(c) at 50 feet. All drivers must check in for a work assignment and payment. Participants can pre-select their work assignment online after completing event registration and checkout, provided they pay online. Online work assignment selection is not available for "Pay at track" selections. Everyone will receive a work assignment.
