For 19 years, Artomobilia has celebrated the intersection of automotive design and artistic expression, bringing together collector cars, enthusiasts, and artists in the Carmel Arts & Design District and Carmel Midtown. Each year, the streets transform into an open-air gallery featuring nearly 500 original, period-correct, and enthusiast-owned automobiles. The collection ranges from historic classics and competition legends to modern exotics and supercars. While the main event begins at 11:00 AM, participant load-in starts at 8:30 AM. The event is open to all ages. More than a traditional car show, Artomobilia is a celebration of craftsmanship and community where guests can experience an extraordinary collection of machines while enjoying Carmel’s galleries, restaurants, and boutiques. The event features over 20 judged Collector Car Classes, presenting a highly curated collection of vehicles from across the Midwest. Each car tells a story, whether it is a pristine concours-level classic, a historically preserved icon, or a modern performance masterpiece. Judges will award Best in Class, ARTOMOBILIA Penultimate for the runner-up, and ARTOMOBILIA Best in Show. Special awards will also recognize excellence in presentation, history, and ownership. This year, the event celebrates the Acura NSX and other JDM icons. The NSX marked a turning point in Japanese performance engineering, proving that Japanese manufacturers could compete with the world’s best sports cars. Artomobilia honors this legacy by featuring the NSX as its marquee centerpiece, surrounded by an exceptional collection of JDM cars that defined a generation. These vehicles, from turbocharged legends to finely tuned performance machines, reflect Japan’s pursuit of innovation, balance, and driver connection. Alongside the curated collector classes, the event is also a place for wild automotive passion. The Enthusiast Corrals include Präzision-Palooza, Lotus-Palooza, BMW-Palooza, and Mercedes-Palooza. These sections are an irreverent, over-the-top celebration of unique models from iconic automotive brands, where enthusiasm is the main focus and judging is fast and loose.
