The ACE Event AutoX Event 6 takes place at the Tofield Aerodrome in Tofield, AB. This event is part of the 2026 ACE Championship. Waitlisted entrants will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis if cancellations occur. All participants must bring their own helmet meeting the required safety standards listed, including Snell SA2025, M2025D, M2025R, SA2020, M2020D, M2020R, SA2015 (not valid after December 31, 2026), M2015 (not valid after December 31, 2026), FIA 8859-2015, 8860-2018 and 2018 ABP, 8859-2020, SFI Foundation 31.1/2020, 31.1/2015, ECE R22.05 (expires ten years after manufacture date), and ECE R22.06 (expires ten years after manufacture date). Motorcycle helmets meeting ECE R22.05 are generally an affordable option. In 2026, all helmets must pass a tech inspection. The daily itinerary at Tofield Airstrip begins with gates opening and course setup at 8:00 AM. On-site mandatory check-in and vehicle tech inspection close at 9:30 AM. The course opens for walking and a guided rookie course walk at 9:30 AM. A mandatory drivers meeting is scheduled for 10:15 AM, with the first car on track at 10:30 AM. There will be an approximate lunch break at 12:30 PM, and the first timed AutoX event runs will begin around 1:30 PM. Anyone not checked in with on-site registration by 9:30 AM will not be allowed to run. Keep noise to a minimum before 10:00 AM; no unnecessary driving or revving engines. All waivers must be completed using the Speed Waiver online process, and you should be prepared to show your waiver on your phone at on-site registration. Event registration fees are $75 for WCMA Members online, $80 for WCMA Members late sign up, $85 for Non-Members online, and $95 for Non-Members late sign up. The online cutoff is 60 hours before the event starts on Wednesday at 2:00 PM. The late sign up cutoff is 18 hours before the event starts on Friday at 2:00 PM. Cash is not accepted at any ACE events; online payment via credit card, pre-paid credit card, or Visa debit card is required. 2026 ACE Memberships are $60 for a single membership and $100 for a family membership, available through the provided MotorsportReg link. Participation in the championship is not mandatory. Scoring is based on the June 20th event at Stratotech plus the best of 3 of 5 events at Tofield, within Super Classes based on PAX/RTP. There is a minimum requirement of one scored event at each venue to qualify for the championship. Winners and placers will receive ACE Club Championship awards at the ACE AGM. Rules and regulations include no alcohol or drugs, zero tolerance for stunting, drifting, burnouts, or hooning, and respecting speed limits and driving courteously on surrounding roads. This is a volunteer-based sport; participants must work their assigned shifts to have their results counted and avoid being banned from future events. Personal vehicle insurance is void when competing. The SASC carries insurance to protect the venue.
