Only current SCCA members may enter between August 4 and August 11; entries from non-members during this period will be removed. The event is open to cars prepped to SEDIV Time Trial minimum Safety Standards, and Appalachian HillClimb Series Competition Rules will be used for vehicle classification, rules, and awards. Registration and tech inspection will be held from 1 PM to 6 PM on Friday, September 25th, at the EKU parking lot at 50 University Drive, Manchester, KY. Novices should plan to arrive on Friday for registration and tech to avoid missing runs. Credit cards will be charged the early bird entry fee on September 11, 2026. If you cancel your entry by September 11th, a refund (minus a $2 MSR fee) will be issued. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after midnight on September 11th. Tent camping is allowed at the top of the hill with portajohns available. RV/trailer camping is available at the EKU campus, offering restrooms but no power. Please select a unique, legible car number for display; numbers cannot be changed after registration and leading zeroes are not permitted. A complete schedule is listed in the supplemental rules.
