This form is for Prep Shop ONLY paddock requests for the 2026 Runoffs at Road America in Plymouth, WI. It is not event registration. The form will remain open until August 2nd, and the submission date does not affect paddock assignments. You can edit your submission through your MotorsportReg dashboard after completing the request. Information required includes each driver's name, member number, and class, as well as trailer and footprint details such as rig type, trailer length, trailer width including the awning, and total paddock footprint. Pre-assigned paddock spaces are limited to eligible Prep Shops requiring a larger space and meeting minimum car requirements for those spaces. This process is not for individual drivers forming multi-car teams. All drivers intending to paddock with a prep shop team must be registered for the event and list the prep shop in their event entry before a paddock space will be assigned. Prep shops must list all of their drivers, and each driver must list the prep shop during their individual event registration for a match to be made. Single-car paddock spaces will open for reservation on August 19 at 12 PM Noon CDT. An eligible prep shop is a formal commercial business that prepares and transports multiple customer cars in a single trailer, provides at-event support, employs race weekend crew members, has a physical business building with an address, and provides a Business Employee Identification Number. Additional business verification records may be requested. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee them. Spaces will be assigned to maximize the area, with some consideration for low-clearance cars where possible. Prep Shop assignments will begin by July 29th. Online driver event registration opens July 7, 2026, at 10 AM CDT.
