The 2026 MCO Autocross Series Round 8 takes place at Lot 9, Canadian Tire Centre, Ottawa, ON. The event begins with course setup from 7:15 AM to 8:00 AM, followed by course clerking from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM. Both these times have the course closed to walking. Check-in is from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The course is open for walking from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, with a Newbie Course Walk from 8:45 AM to 9:15 AM. A mandatory Driver's Meeting will be held from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM. Runs for morning and afternoon groups are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 45 minute lunch break or rolling lunch. Course tear down and cleanup will be from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Participants who miss the check-in deadline or driver's meeting may be excluded from the event at the discretion of the organizers. Helmets must meet Snell 2015 standards or newer; Snell 2010 and older helmets are not accepted, and 2015 is the last year for Snell 2015 helmets. Mandatory paperwork includes online forms via Speedwaiver, and you will be asked to provide your phone number to receive the link for the online event waiver. Participants should have a professional mechanic inspect their vehicle beforehand. Car numbers are unique and class-specific; if you use a number in one class, you cannot use it in another. If you switch classes, you must choose a new number. Unused numbers from the previous year will be released into the public pool. Competitors are responsible for understanding CASC-OR autocross rules and MCO Supplemental Rules. Minors under 18 wishing to participate must contact autocross@mco.org at least two weeks before registration cut-offs. Road car insurance does not cover participants during this motorsport event.
